Whether you are new to Tai Chi or looking to deepen your practice, these classes provide a supportive environment focused on mindful movement, practical understanding, and long-term physical well-being.
Begins January 31st

The Beginner Tai Chi class is designed for adults with little to no prior experience who want to improve balance, coordination, and relaxation through gentle movement. Students learn foundational Tai Chi postures, smooth transitions, and basic breathing awareness in a supportive, low-pressure environment. No prior martial arts, fitness, or flexibility experience is required.
Begins January 28th

The Intermediate Tai Chi class is designed for students who already have a foundation in Tai Chi and are ready to deepen their practice. This class refines balance, posture, and flow while introducing advanced Tai Chi principles and controlled self-defense applications, taught slowly and safely with an emphasis on structure and awareness rather than force.

Our Tai Chi classes are held on the 2nd floor Group Fitness Room of the Brian Bainbridge Health Building.

Note: While the minimum age is 18, this class is oriented toward older adults. Both classes have a minimum of 5 participants, and a maximum of 12 participants. The tuition rate for these courses is $25 per class. Tuition is non-refundable, so please confirm availability for class dates before registration.
